Non-Rotating Stabilizer Sleeve

Polyurethane non-rotating stabilizer used in the oil drilling industries .Universal Urethane can make your key drilling parts by reverse engineering your existing part. No prints are required. Universal Urethane uses a specially blended material to hold up to the toughest applications. The Non-Rotating Stabilizer mandrel and sleeve can rotate freely and independently of each other whilst the milled flutes along the length of the sleeve provide an adequate bypass path for fluid and cuttings during operations. The stabilizer sleeves can be easily interchanged to suit the working ID whilst utilizing the same mandrel for ease of use and inventory reduction.
